Our Process

Heavy Fuel Processing Unit (HPU) is a modular, low heat, low pressure, closed-loop fuel oil system with a processing capacity of up to 30,000 barrels per cycle. HPU will use Crude Oil, HSFO (High Sulfur Fuel Oil) or other contaminated blends as a feedstock and within 1-2 hours will upgrade an environment-damaging petroleum product to cleaner, higher quality fuels. The HPU upgraded fuels will meet engine operating specifications. Each 24 hours the unit can process up 12 cycles (360,000 BPD).
